To achieve maximum print quality, artwork must be supplied as:
We accept the following file formats:
Preferred formats:
Also accepted:
We cannot print from Word documents, PowerPoint files, or low-resolution images pulled from websites.
For the best print quality, your artwork should be a minimum of 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the actual print size.
If your artwork is lower than 300 DPI, it may appear pixelated or blurry when printed. This is especially noticeable on text and fine details.
Quick guide:
If you're unsure about your artwork resolution, send it over and we'll check it for you before printing.
Artwork should be supplied in CMYK colour mode, not RGB.
Why does this matter?
RGB has a wider colour range than CMYK, so colours that look vibrant on screen may appear duller when printed. By supplying artwork in CMYK, you'll have a more accurate representation of the final printed colours.
If you supply RGB artwork, we'll convert it to CMYK for printing, but there may be slight colour shifts - particularly with bright blues, greens and oranges.
Yes, please outline all fonts before sending your artwork.
When you outline (or "convert to curves") your fonts, the text becomes a vector shape rather than editable text. This ensures your stickers print exactly as you designed them, even if we don't have your specific fonts installed.
How to outline fonts:
If you're unable to outline your fonts, please include the font files with your artwork or let us know which fonts you've used.
Bleed: Please add 2mm bleed around all edges of your artwork. This is the area that extends beyond the cut line and ensures there are no white edges if the cut is slightly off.
Safe zone: Keep all important elements (text, logos, key graphics) at least 2mm inside the cut line. Anything too close to the edge risks being trimmed off.
Cut line: This is where your sticker will be cut. For contour/die-cut stickers, please supply a separate cut line or path.
For contour cut (die-cut) stickers that are cut to a custom shape:
If you're unsure how to create a cut path, simply send your artwork and let us know the shape you'd like - we can create the cut path for you.
